✦ Credit & Usage
• Credit is required when using my art whenever possible.
• Do not claim my designs as your own. Always credit me as the original designer.✦ Turnaround Time
• Commission time depends on my current queue length.
• Once I have reached your request and started working on it, it usually takes 1–2 weeks or less to complete.
• During high demand, it may take up to 1 month even after your request has been reached.
• In cases of personal issues, emergencies or very complex commissions, it may take longer.
• I will always keep you updated during the process and you’re welcome to ask for progress updates anytime!! :D✦ Communication
• Please check your notifications regularly for updates.
• I will not continue working on a commission without confirmation at required stages, which may affect completion time.
• If there is no response for 6 months after multiple contact attempts and the commission has already been paid or started, it will be canceled with no refund.
• If payment has not been made yet and there is no response for 2 weeks, the request will be canceled.✦ Refunds & Cancellations
• If payment has not been made yet, you may cancel your request at any time!
• If I am unable to continue due to serious personal emergencies or situations where I cannot work at all, refunds will be given depending on progress. If no work has been started, a full refund will be given.
• Once payment is made and the commission is confirmed, the client is responsible for their own financial decision and refunds will not be issued.✦ Changes & Revisions
• Some commissions may not allow major changes, so please read the commission details carefully before ordering.
• Minor fixes after completion are allowed (such as small color mistakes or missing details).✦ Design Rules
• Please do not heavily modify the design. Minor edits are fine as long as the original design is still recognizable and credited.
• Please do not create designs that are identical or very similar to my original designs.
• Breedables and offspring are allowed and may naturally share similarities with parent designs.
• Please do not increase the design’s worth unless additional artwork has been added.
